Defect replacement KULTURE provides exchanges in case of any faulty products with manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Any manufacturing defect should be brought to notice within 24 hours of delivery to process replacement.
Size Exchange Policy We offer a one-time size exchange on all eligible products. You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, a nominal charge will be applied to cover shipping and operational costs.
